The number (place) is provided to the Guest upon presentation of a passport or other document certifying identity:
passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
rights;
residence permit of a person who lives in Ukraine, but is not a citizen of Ukraine;
national passport of a foreigner.
The hotel has the right to refuse accommodation to the Guest in the following cases:
the Guest has no documents, or the documents are invalid or expired
the guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other similar intoxication
the Guest's behavior is inappropriate and aggressive
when the Guest refuses to comply with the rules of stay at the Hotel

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out timе is 12:00 p.m. Payment is charged per day of stay according to the estimated time.

Early check-in and late check-out of Guests to/from the Hotel is possible only with a previously agreed reservation.

Early check-in from 00:00 to 14:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay.

Late departure from 12:00 to 00:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the cost of a day's stay.

Apartments are cleaned once every three days

Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee
When staying at the Hotel, it is prohibited to:
to enter and store in the Rooms substances, materials and objects that are dangerous for the life and health of citizens and the preservation of property
smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs throughout the Hotel. Smoking is allowed only in a specially designated place
live with animals
use the Hotel and Room equipment for purposes other than their intended purpose
disturb the peace of the staying Guests after 10:00 p.m. and until 8:00 a.m.
